On FOX NFL This Morning today, Michael Straihan(sp?) told Jay Mohr, "My 22 1/2 sacks this year was more than the number of people that watched your TV show." Funny fucking shit, and Jay had no choice but to give him props for it.

Its Strahan and that 1/2 sack should have a big fat asterisk next to it for that bullshit dive Farve too.

A perfectly good season marred by a dumb move just to get the record. He would have been respected more if he didnt get the record instead of getting it on a cheap play like that.

Defensive end Michael Strahan's record-breaking sack of Brett Favre will not be reviewed by the Elias Sports Bureau, the official statisticians for the NFL. Seymour Siwoff, president of the bureau, said Tuesday the only way the sack would be reviewed -- or changed statistically -- was if one of the teams filed an appeal, which they won't. Strahan sacked Favre easily toward the end of the Packers' 34-25 victory on Sunday over the Giants in a play that raised questions about whether the quarterback allowed the sack to happen. The sack gave Strahan 22½ for the season, breaking Mark Gastineau's record of 22 set in 1984. On Jan. 9, Favre reiterated that the sack was not intentional.
