Last night, I had a cataclysmic crash on my laptop, and had to re-install windows. Lost everything I had.
Anyway, I'm trying to download everything I could possibly need. I have AIM, Winamp, DVD, Divx, etc installed, and I;m downloading all the critical updates now. Do you guy have any links to anything else that I need, IE, codecs, spyware destroyers, or anything else?

im not sure which codecs i need, i need like a bundle of stuff, i have divx, but dunno what else i had that i lost
I also need Office, Photoshop, and Autocad.

download the nimo codec pack.

The pack I sent him has the codecs from the nimo codec pack in a nifty li'l package with some other extras thrown in...

I prefer it because it runs faster - your best bet would be to run both, as one might pick up what the other might miss.
They're also both free.

i hate that i have to check every box next to what adaware finds, spybot didnt make me do that.
