I drove him home today and everytime we passed by a VW Bug he would punch me in the arm and yell "PUNCH BUGGY NO PUNCH BACKS!!!"
Even though I almost crashed the car the first time cause I drive with one hand and he punched me in the arm I was steering with, he did it as I was turning and I didnt expect it.
He did it 2 more time after that and I had to punch him in the chest on the third one, then he complained that it hurt and it wasnt part of the rules.

this is about as believable as the girl on the 7th floor.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.
