Kelley is a hot girl's name.

I think that for the most part, girls whose name ends in a vowel (and sometimes y) is hot. Especially "i". If you want to assure yourself of having a hot, stupid, slut for a daughter end her name with an i (Jami, Marci, Tammi, Kelli, etc).

This rule only works for white chicks. All black people end their names with vowels, and they're all ugly, so that ruins the theory.

But for white chicks: vowel = hot.<font color=white>
