Ice right away...see if you can move it...if you can't move it, keep ice on it to let the swelling down...then get to a doctor or the hospital....BTW Nice move...

I can move it just fine. I'm typing aren't i. Instead of ice im using a can of budweiser. I figure i will kill two birds with one stone.

ok so you're all set...just be careful next time.... and apply ice cold things to it as necessary to keep the swelling down....and as for typing...you can use the other hand.
