its not spicy. actually sort of sweet.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

well, they are diced fried onions.. it is good though.. good with veggie dumplings..
anyway, i don't think there is a name for it. call up the place and ask what it is. I can imagine the phone call now:
Chinese guy:"Herro, China Parace?"
Arpi:"Yes Hi. What is the name of the sauce that comes with the dumpling?"
CG:"Shawsh? We have no shawsh."
Arpi:"No, the sauce with the dumplings."
CG:"Dumprings? Pickrup or derivary?"
Arpi:"SAUCE WITH DUMPLINGS! WHAT IS THE NAME?"
CG:"Yesh. We have shawsh with dumprings."
Arpi:"AHH"

Dumpling Sauce...
2 parts rice vinegar
1 part soy sauce
sugar to taste
any of the following (be gentle, these tend to be strong flavors):
several drops sesame oil
fresh grated or sliced ginger
Asian chili oil
several slices Japanese pickled ginger
wasabi powder
fresh scallion (green circlets)
peanut butter, Thai peanut sauce, ground peanuts
garlic
