a bad suit (or more realistically, a cheap suit -- as a "bad" suit could merely signify color) hangs all over someone because it is not tailored properly and/or flimsy material looks worn, wrinkled or otherwise awkward. A "good" suit is fitted perfectly and therefore doesn't hang or droop, but seems to contour to ones body, therefore improving the wearer's appearance.

You need at least one black, one lighter (gray, tan, etc), one pinstripe, and I like dark green too. Almost black, but not quite black. It's a sharp color.
3 piece suits are lame and not "in" anymore.
Never button the bottom button of the jacket
Blue suit = Brown shoes
