Went to a fish resteraunt the other day and had a Tuna Burger. They took a fillet of tuna, ground it up, formed it into a patty and grilled it like a burger. Then, put it on a bun with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce. It was actually very good! Don't think it would work with canned tuna. I think you need a fresh fillet to make it work.
