Ikea, I think you're taking this list too literally.

The point of the list was that this stuff was all the norm for people older than you. I can actually remember not even HAVING a microwave or cable. EEK!

I had a tv with a dial, without cable, so channels 2, 4 5 7 & 13 I guess. And if I got up too early the tv was still "sleeping" and those colored strips and the ringing noise was on.

the first tv i remember in my house was this huge ass thing encased in wood with the dial to change channels. it turns pink and i have to punch it to get the color right.(it just sits in my basement with stuff on top of it...)

i love the channel U ! that think ruled...you put on channel U and then twisted the other dial on teh tv til you got a station not normally offered...and black and white tv's...ah the memories
