I would say giving someone the HIV is more heinous because of the intimacy involved. You don't have to see a person to spread anthrax to them. Conversely, if someone puts the HIV on your keyboard, it's likely that nothing will happen.

If you have the HIV, no chicks are gonna wanna sleep with you. But, if you don't tell them, they'll never know... unless they catch if from you. So, I'm not sayin' it's OK to spread the HIV to people by hiding it, but I understand.
