Became the National Director of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan in 1974...David Duke was elected in 1989 and served as a member of the House of Representatives and was a full participating member of the Republican Legislative Delegation. He served on Committees: Health and Welfare, and Judiciary.

i'm english and i've heard of him. i'm pretty sure that he was running for some major office, or at least in consideration for, in the last 5 years or so. i thought president, but maybe not... anyone?
