as to legality, they are doing it out of the country. the need for parents to have their own children as opposed to adopted a child who needs parents shows once again that having children is the most selfish act anyone can perform and that having children should only be allowed after a major psychological and intelligence exam
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
