Would you rather be mentally or physically unstable/useless when you get old?

god both are among my worst nightmares, to have my brain capacity be diminished and severly impaired is horrible, but to be able to think and be cognizent yet trapped in a shell is equally bad..... I hope the cancer gets me first.

would you rather have the best house in a lower class neighborhood, or the worst house in a great neighboorhood?
