Would you quit your job and take the risk of starting your own company if you thought you had a really great idea (OTL.com does not count as a good idea by the way)

Only if I didn't have a family to support and could afford not to be working. I'd probably just work part time or something until I was sure that my idea would take off.

Probably not, I'd probably be way too heartbroken to think about revenge. The worse I'd probably do is have a fling with someone I knew he didn't like and make sure he found out about it....but then again, he probably wouldn't care.
