My current ride is a 200 Dodge Ram 4x4 with offroad, 17 inch wheel clearance... it's one bad motherfucker, but it guzzles gas, especially in 4WD, and the upkeep is horrendous, I just dropped 400 bucks on new tires for it - and only got 2.
