When your feeling down or depressed, what do you do to cheer yourself up?

I usually put on the angriest, loudest music I have and just try to let go of all the negative shit. Maybe play a nice violent video game or go rollerblading with my headphones on.

Then just try to relax, maybe call a friend and just bs for a while or put on a movie.
