How does one define a chickflick?

My definition of a chick flick - any movie, either comedy or drama or action, based on a woman's issues or points of view.

Forgot about "Pretty Woman"...thanks Polly.

Forgot about "Ever After", too...Thanks Spit.

Another one I thought of: "LadyHawke" with Michelle Phiefer (She was also in "The Witches of Eastwick" with Cher and Susan Sarandon)

Also..."Wolf" with Jack Nicholson. Although, I can't say for sure or not if this is a chick flick, the ending of this movie was great (and thought provoking for me).
