Did they give you the breathalyzer right away, or did they wait a while? I could have sworn there was a rule that they have to wait something like 20 minutes to give you a breathalyzer after they pull you over because if you just had a drink right before then, the alcohol in your mouth and throat would give a false high reading. That extra time lets that alcohol dissapate so all the alcohol in your breath comes from your blood.
