eggplant is yicky, i have a guy who comes in all the time and gets a chicken caesar with extra anchovies all the time, i wonder where the anchovies come from because nothing else has them, but, from what i've heard, they're not so much fishy as salty. i had a pizza foldover thingy in hilton head with anchovies once, it was just too salty. but if you like that kind of thing...
