Rather than picking up take out this week, I'll actually be cooking for myself every night after work. I did make the pasta salad yesterday which I've been craving. Scallops and pasta tonight. Chicken enchiladas tomorrow. Beef stroganoff later in the week. I'm kinda psyched.

I also ordered a kickass Santoku chopping knife this morning. Ohboyohboyhoboy.
