I am never constipated and I never have diarahea (or very very very rarely)
The urge to shit hits me like a wave, and if I can't get to the bathroom within about a half hour then I have a bit of a stomach ache for about 10 minutes every 30-60 minutes until I can get to one (Ohhh, I was stuck in a car in South Africa driving up from Capepoint to Capetown for 3-4 hours in an insane amount of traffic and I was too afraid to stop anywhere besides my hotel for fear of getting killed -- I thought I was going to have a hernia) but I can normally get to one in a reasonable time so it's never a problem.
Then I go in, I sit down, and boom -- it all comes out at once. I don't have to sit there for 20 minutes as little pebblets trickle out. I don't have embarrassing ass mud that seeps out. I don't have to squeeze out one 2 foot log from my tiny anus.
From the time I sit down until when I have washed my hands is normally between 1-2 minutes.
And even more than that, 75% of the time I am taking a shit between 8:45-9:00AM
