I posted this in the mod forum yesterday, figured I should let you all know.

My heart is just no longer in this, plus I trust this person with the site. He understands that Goat & Jack are equals and any decisions, etc must be made in accordance with their wishes, opinions, thoughts, etc. Plus I also feel comfortable with this persons decision making skills and overall as a person and I am sure you all will as well.
Plus hopefully this person will breathe some new life into the board
