he didnt say how he was gonna lower my heating bill/electric bill/gas tank fillup - all he said was "we need to use technology to stop suckling the teet of the unstable middle east" - havent we been doing that for over a decade now? Did these Hybrid cars (for example) just appear out of nowhere?
