No, it's me toying with someone who thinks he's up to snuff yet everyone else realizes he's a retard.

I guess thats why you love Dubya so much, he gives all morons around the world hope that they too can one day be someone. Naturally being so dumb they can't really form a coherent thought, so anyone who disgarees with them is either a terrorist or "dumb".
