Bush thanked the Presidents of Afganistan and Packistan for meeting with him. They both met with him, thus he was not wrong.
Can you find me one thing in the past year that I've said complimentary of Bush? When that doesn't work. How about two years? How about just the last positive thing I've said about Bush?
