yes, but guys became guys because their reproductive organs dropped down out of their body.
Women became women because their reproductive organs regressed back into their bodies.
So guy stuff should hang, and girl stuff should all be inside. When girls have all sorts of stuff hanging down it's gross, and that's what labiaplasty is for.
