After listening to the song again, 50 follows that line with; "that's ja's little punk ass thinkin' out loud". So with that line he wasn't dissing puffy but he was dissing ja rule.
But when you compare the two lines, you can see that 50 'borrowed' from puff. Maybe it will end up in XXL's heard it before thing.
Puffy - "It's all fucked up now, what we gonna do now, huh? what we gonna do now, it's all fucked up now!!
50 - "The rap game is all fucked now, what we gonna do, how we gonna eat? 50 back in town".
Plus the way 50 delivers the line is out of his usual flow and sounds more like Puffy's delivery.
