I just read the actual title of the thread and give kudos for the use of "engineers" in the title, good job.

It would have worked better if he had turned out to be an engineering student, which is what I thought when I first read about this whole thing. You just assume in those situations, crazy asian, shoots up mostly engineering students and faculty, must be an engineering student. A South Korean majoring in English? It's like a black guy playing hockey.
