I have a football site at GridIronFans.com and am looking for some work to be done to improve the site. I am trying to add the ESPN Bottomline:

to my site, but would like to have it inside a frame at the top of the page so it does not have to reload everytime a visitor clicks on a link. I'd also like it to work so when people do login thru the main index they don't jump "out" of the frame and lose the ESPN Bottomline.
