keyser if pspvideo9 still isn't working for you try this one out. click the link above^^^^
the website is spanish and by default the program is in spanish but you can change it to english. i saw that someone on ebay is selling it for 4.99 (i wonder how many fools paid for it when they can D/L it for free) and curiosity got the best of me. it works well.
