today i was sitting in my dads car waiting outside his house for him to come back out

i was looking at my surroundings to see where i would be moving to in a week and i realized that i was the only white girl, let alone the only girl on the whole block

i felt like i was in a whole different world, it was so...so...ghetto

i tried not to make too much eye contact but i could tell they were all wondering what i was doing there
