Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - Who's geeking it on day one?

T3?
our previews included X2 (looked good, especially juxtaposing Ian MacKellen as Magneto with later as Gandalf), and the Dumb & Dumber prequel (really didn't show anything, do didn't thrill me.).

There was also some Vin Diesel movie as a cop (I think it was called About A Man, but I could be wrong) that could be good or could be typical crap.

If Possible Teen, I'd definitely recommend going to a GOOD theater. I saw it in Stadium theater, with great sound and it was amazing. I used the voucher and got free ticket without problem. (well, there WAS a problem, but that was because the girl selling tickets was an idiot - instead of using the voucher for an adult ticket she used it for a childs ticket). Thursday at 7pm showing theater was about 85-90 full; when we left at 10:15, the line for the 11 showing was out the door.

Oh and Gomez, I forgot to say I agreed about Treebeard -John Rhys-Davies (Gimli/voice of Treebeard) in NY Times although uncredited on web site - He is too distinctive to be the voice of 2 characters. I don't know why they couldn't get someone else to do Treebeard's voice over.

And by the way, Divx already out for those who care......
