If you don't tell, then you are continuing to cheat your partner in a way because there is something in between you that you can't share, and not to mention you are continuing to lie to them to cover it up. You are putting something in the middle of you guys, and that sucks. I don't see the point of having a relationship where you have to lie and hold things in.
