1) The people who are starting college this fall across the nation were born in 1983.

Same with last fall for the most part

4) Bottle caps have always been screw off and plastic.

Maybe cable was around since 83 but I'm sure I had a couple of years of life without it.

8) They cannot fathom not having a remote control.

I can fathom it. I wouldn't like it but how many of us ahve lost our remote and has had to use the buttons on the machine to do things.

9) Jay Leno has always been on the Tonight Show.

As I said he joined in 86.

10) Popcorn has always been cooked in the microwave.

Not if you had those poppers Amy mentioned or if you've seen popcorn popped in a movie theater.

13) They don't know who Mork was or where he was from.

14) They've never heard:
