so, i don't have winamp on this comp, and i couldn't get it to work with mediaplayer, so i'm using realplayer but the stupid shit keeps losing the connection, any advice?

blarg, now it's telling me realplayer can't play this type of document. :crackhead:

sorry guys, the server went down.

this was my first attempt and it lasted from 10PM last night until 2PM this afternoon.

we will be working out the bugs and try to make this a regular, 24/7 thing.

working on remote control so if the server goes down again ill be able to turn it back on.

Just FYI, in RealPlayer you can increase the buffer like this.....

Under Tools...Preferences....Connection...Playback Settings

you will see a section called Buffered Play. The default is 30 seconds, try playing with increasing that.

so this is this year's version of rf.radio?just an idea, but you guys might want to set up and actual cdih radio server like rf did.much more reliable, can handle shitloads of people, and saves the trouble of going through various IP addys.

and if anybody can tell me how to get streaming to work on XP, i'll dj just like i used to.i've missed running a station, but when i've been trying to dj lately, the shoutcast dnas doesnt work.i have that and the plug in, but cant broadcast




btw, you might want to change the password...its tempting for me to hack in and kick people
