The 'Mike' thing was part of it, but I earned the nickname not because of anyting having to do with getting a stiffy, but more in the sense of "bonehead". Like, "Wow, did I just pull a boner move"

Unfortunatley, everyone thinks it has to do with my peepee, especially complete strangers in front of whom my friends would love to introduce me as Boner.

OK, enough back story. I am the king of doing really stupid things, you get used to it. I've just come to accept that I'm going to screw the pooch every once in a while

I bet I can beat you on the dopey scale...

I've lost every pair of watch and sunglasses i've ever had, except for the one I currently wear.

I had a leather jacket for like a week and lost it.

I left another jacket in a car of a friend of a friend who I never got it back from.

I've lost numerous car keys.

I always find myself daydreaming while i'm driving, being careful about my driving but often missing an exit on the turnpike or parkway from zoning out.

Is this common or am I a giant dope?

I've zoned out and started making turns to go to a destination other than the one i was actually going to.

in the summer i locked my keys in the car while the car was still running. i was able to get a clothes hanger and open the door. i felt like i accomplished something that day.
