It's an opinion, it's not anything against carlin, carlin is amazing.

Of the ones listed, I put Carlin. But my favorite stand up comedian is Eddie Izzard. I'm sure a lot of people never heard of him, but every one of his acts that I've seen have actually made me bust out laughing, which usually doesn't happen when I watch stand up.

I saw Carlin last month and he struck me as angry, very angry. He used to be funny, not anymore. He was funny up until about ten years ago. Now he's just an angry old man.
