i saw the 2.5 ounce bottles in a shop near emeril's retaurant in las vegas....i was tempted to buy one but spending close to 50 bucks on a two and a half ounce bottle just isn't worth it.

They have a few shops in Smithville that sell hot, hot sauce with amusing names. Much cheaper than the stuff LZ saw AND DID NOT buy in Vegas. As for me, I can't eat spicy stuff. I love the way it smells, and the initial taste, but it burns my mouth too bad...even the "mild" hot wings.

Ketchup on egg sandwiches. I used to put it on my scrambled eggs until one day I made Scrambled eggs, sausage links, hash browns, and waffles and the syrup from the waffles accidentally spilled over onto everything else. I was flabbergasted. The syrup went well with everything. :thumbs-up:
