They both did get some good shots in and made decent points, definitly much clearer on issues than the presidential debate was last thursday. Plus they made the points that I atleast personally wanted to hear, they actually explained things instead of just saying "we know, we will" or pointing out numbers without any backing.
I gotta say though, Cheyney just seemed the more seasoned professional and the better of the two. It wasn't a knockout but both men did better jobs than their superiors.

Republicans love Cheney's performance...b/c unfortinately, thats who he was speaking to...the choir.
Edwards, ever the trial lawyer, was trying to not turn the entire "Jury", but those few on the fence...letting Cheney get his swings. I think those "jurors" were swayed and thus his victory in connecting with swing voters.
