I work out about 3 times a week and walk briskly all the time....I'm just having body issues today LOL.

home early today. woooo :-)

polly don't starve yourself, that only results in bingeing on shit food when you are hungry. drink tons of water or any other juice or soda that is low in calories. taking vitamins is a good thing, but you can't survive on it alone. eat lots o' veggies and fruits. and like dent said, even walking for 30 min. is good exercise...remember wondering around malls or stores for that same amount of time works too. shopping is where i get some of my exercise, i think that's why i am poor. Undecided
