It wasn't that losing $5 a day is hard for me, it was a reward becuase the longer I go, the more money I'll have saved up to use for something healthy. Plus, I'm saving $$ by simply not buying it, which is another plus.

Really the biggest incentive I have is pleasing myself. I'm happy with myself when I don't do it, and when I feel like I'm in control of my addiction.

I came REALLY close to splitting a bag with my friend from work last night. It's a long holiday weekend and we wanted to party. I really believe I could just do one gram, stretch it out over the weekend and be done. But I talked us out of it.

no,r eally the feeling of pride it inspires in myself is the best incentive. knwoing that it disappoints you is just a major bonus. In fact, while I'm never buying it again, I was planning on tooting a little at my party. Now that I know that it would please you, I may skip that as well.
