cats are nice but they have no personality - they just lie around and their litter box reeks.

dogs are loads of fun, but the maintenance is a lot higher.

fish are the perfect pet - they're fairly clean, filtration does most of the dirty work for you, they're great to stare at when you're high, and when they die you just flush 'em away.
