I used to slice up a banana and put it in my cereal - especially something like Rice Chex, which really needed something to "liven" it up.

for lunch i had a tuna fish sandwich and some tomato soup. i dipped the sandwich in the soup. life is good

I had leftover marinara sauce made with ground turkey,turkey sausage ,garlic green onions and green peppers. Over some angle hair pasta it was heavenly.
