i may not have a place to go for thanksgiving, my cousin invited me a few weeks ago, then over the weekend his wife said i couldn't go because i never showed up last thanksgiving.

thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.

start off on wednesday, getting drunk with all my fellow drunkards at a local bar.
then waking up before 10, to watch some of the parade. then possibly walk to the football field to watch the boys play football. come home and eat all of the deeelicious goodness that my momma has spent hours preparing. then head over to my dad's side of the family and pretend we love eachother while we eat dessert.
i leave there as quickly as possible, then its over to my friends house for our annual thanksgiving after party, where we will pick who gets who for secret santa this year, and again get as drunk as possible.

then time to sleep...but not too much, cause i need to get up early to drive to pennsil-tucky, to play with my momma's family in their house in the middle of the woods. it will be 19 people, and thats not all of us, under one roof till sunday.
i couldn't be happier about it.
we just eat, drink, break shit, light fires and loff and loff and loff.

i agree with galt...it sucks once sunday comes.

anyhow.....

im headed to florida to spend thanksgiving with the folks. we used to do a big dinner with aunts and uncles but since they've moved down there a few years back a mini-vacation in florida is much more appealing. my mom will make her delicious candied sweet potatoes with brown sugar and ill eat too much turkey and pass out on the couch. my family lives just minutes from orlando. they're taking me to animal kingdom which i haven't been to yet. then my sister and i will do our traditional bar crawl through each country of the world showcase at epcot. it will be nice to enjoy some warmer weather for a few days since it suddently freezing here.
