here is a woman who i have met once briefly yet she is helping me enormously with my health insurance problems. she asks for nothing in return. i would be totally lost as to how to precede with these heartless insurance bastards, and then there she is, selfless and giving. i owe her the world and so will begin with this thread of recognition and praise. it is merely the beginning.
