I'd without a doubt it. Because being unthawed and having to adjust to a future society 1500 years from now is way better than being worm food in some cemetary and having your burnt ashes spread out on your neighbor's lawn.

I'd give it a shot, But, I'd want it done before I hit 40 . Not when I was fifty or sixty and all frail. As for the dream, Fuck it,, wake me when I'm ready for the warmer.
