The shows I can think of that no one else said are totally random, and were probably cancelled because I was the only one watching.

STBig Grineep Space Nine - They really should have continued the story post-Dominion War. Or at least do a damn movie to tie up all the loose ends from the finale.

Roar - The Celtic vs. Roman epic that had potential, but was canceled before the writers could figure out what they were doing.

SportsNight The show was fuckin great. I used to love watchin it before NYPD Blue every week.

ST: Deep Space Nine The only ST show I ever liked because it pulled away from the normal settings of a ST show.

Sledge Hammer Ok, fine, they dropped it because Mike Hammer was fuckin dead. I don't care, it was still fuckin funny.

21 Jump Street Even a spin off when they got older would have been cool.

I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.

That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.
