This is just one giant clusterfuck this season. Most of the actors are so unnatural in their roles that it's no wonder someone could figure it within 3 days. "The bitch" certainly isn't too bitchy and "the moron" is unfortunately being played by someone who in fact, is really a moron.

i think this guys name was lloyd braun

lloyd braun was the dude who lived near george growing up that his mother always wished he'd be like. he worked for mayor dinkins. then he had a breakdown & wound up in a mental institution.

the chinese gum episode was from when kramer was working at an old movie theatre.

lloyd braun was also in the "serenity now" episode.
