Just watched Shattered Glass, movie about Stephen Glass who wrote articles for the New Republic, and got snagged for making up almost all of them. Great movie, i recommend it highly.

It musta been a relief that his last name was glass, cause if it was like johnson then Shattered Johnson might not have been as good a film title.

Just finished watching the film, must admit it was pretty good. You end up feeling sad and finding Glass a pathetic character but you never trully realize why he did it, sure he was young but he seemed to come off as a person who may have had some serious mental issues as well.
Also displays that even the most prestigious are also fuckin faulty, I don't know who was more at fault Glass for writing the pieces or them for publishing not one or two but well over 2 dozen false articles.
