OK guys I have a perfect venue for our shindig. My friend has what he calls a "clubhouse" it's basically a small bar with a pool table that is perfect for 20 or less people. We'd be renting it so its just us, it's in a warehousey caryard part of Queens so we can be as loud as we want. He said he'll call me tomorrow for the prices, if you guys wanna go there how much would you be willing to pay at the door? Is $10/person good, $20 too much?

Maybe I'dd donate my big $100 no coke fund for the cause....

if nothing is included I would say 10 would be fair if we get a part of the place to ourselves. Cause we damn well spend more than enough on alcohol.

Is it easily accessable by train for people? Let us know the total price and then we will do a run down of how many people are comin.

we will get the whole place to ourself and he basically said the price per person will vary depending on whether we wanna charge a lot or a little for drinks. He'll give me prices tommorrow, but I don't think it's so near a train. I was thinking people coming from the subway could call someone there with a car so they could do pickup runs. If we like the price do you wanna go look at first?

Also the biggest concern is will he have a problem letting people under 21 in? Cause a lot of people underage will be attending.

Mainly Baker who is 16, cause if baker aint comin its not a party.

it will be our place. just us. we can let in whoever we want. Prob shouldn't let the youngies drink though, don't wanna get my friend in any hassle. though it's a private establishment, liquor license might not even be a factor. I will find out tommorrow.

Figure between 15-20 people hopefully more, some underagers who wont be drinking, or atleast arent supposed to be or they will get a strike on the board.

But the ones who drink will make up for everyone.

I dunno how everyone else feels, i'll try to chip in more personally to cover people if they come out and are content with the location.
